Bárbara is Numera’s Operations Manager for our Latin America office in Buenos Aires. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating the financial and administrative workflows between the LatAm office and our headquarters in Canada.

Drawing on her degree in Journalism and Social Communication, she also leads the LatAm office’s human resource efforts, focused on enhancing overall employee experience through strategic internal communications and corporate events. From managing seamless onboarding processes to resolving daily operational contingencies, Bárbara applies her expertise to foster a cohesive and efficient workplace culture.
